Marsh Sisters – 1942
former Rockford girls, Lillian Heins Gefts and Helen Heins, known professionally as the Marsh Sisters. Lillian plays the piano and Helen, the accordion. Recently they added Harmony singing in their act. They have taken part in several radio programs, dedicated to men in the armed forces.
The daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Heins, both are graduates of Rockford high school. The family now resides in Portland, Oregon.
