Davis, Jimmie R.

passed away in his home, Tuesday, April 28, 2015.

Son of Andrew J. and Myrtle G. (Barnes) Davis.

West High School.

Served in the U.S. Air Force during WWII.

With father, owned Davis Furniture, then worked at J.L. Clark.

Member of First Baptist Church, and Harley Owners Club.

McNary, Charles H.

Born Dec. 12, 1928, in Irwin, Mo., the son of Charles H. and Cinnie (Wiseman) McNary.

Served in the Illinois National Guard and the U.S. Army in Germany 1948-54.

Married in Rockford.

Retired from Ingersoll Milling Machine Co.

Member of Loves Park Masonic Lodge.

Died:  Oct. 25, 2014 in Maple Crest Care Center.

Adolphson, Lloyd E.

Lloyd E. Adolphson, 92, died on Sept. 22, 2014.

Lloyd served our country in the U.S. Army in WWII.

Worked 52 years at Tenstopet.

Active in Largo Elks, American Legion, Amvets, Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Bell, Thomas H.

Born Aug. 15, 1924, in Rockford, the son of Charles H. and Agnes (Lawler) Bell.

Attended St. Thomas High School, class of 1943, and Marquette University.

World War II veteran of the U.S. Army, serving from 1943-1946, in the U.S. and European Theatres in anti-aircraft artillery and combat infantry in the 35th Infantry Division.

Worked for J.I. Case.

Died Sept. 11, 2014, in OSF St. Anthony Hospital.
