“To Improve Harlem Avenue” Board of Local Improvements passes resolution for paving of Harlem Avenue.
Property owners have 60 days to decide whether they want brick or macadam street.
One of the finest streets, which has never been paved.
Harlem Avenue from John Street to Auburn Street is sadly in need of pavement.
Within the last 5 years many costly homes erected.
The Rockford and Interurban Railway Company will lay a double track from John to Auburn Streets.
