Armstrong Clothing Co. Profit-Sharing Certificate
Armstrong Clothing Co., 315-317 West State St., Rockford advertised first in 1895. In 1923 they printed a coupon, called a certificate. In Sept-Oct. 1926 the building was razed. Later that year the Talcott Building began construction at that address.
