Was born Feb 19, 1886 at Flint, Michigan came to Rockford from Chicago. Married Elizabeth Burgett in Chicago on Aug 16, 1909.     Survived by widow, a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Carson, New York City; 3 sons, Charles, Frank, and Dick, all Rockford. Three sisters survive.
