Developer Tom Jones plans a five-story structure with 20 deluxe-type apartment units renting for $300 to $350 monthly along the Rock River, and a two-story office building at the same address with frontage on N. Main St. to start building next Spring. Meanwhile, Ballard Wrecking Co. will raze the two story residence at 993 N. Main St.
