Catherine Myott – first land sale

Catherine Myott

Originally received her land by a treaty at Prairie du Chien

The treaty was between the US government and the Winnebago Indians

Eventually, the first land sale in Winnebago County was from Catherine Myott to Nicholas Boilvin, 637 acres
