U.S. Army Air Corp in WWII, received a State of Illinois Meritorious Service Award.

Married in Chicago.

Worked as a cameraman for WTVO for over 45 years.

Died July 28, 2014 in Rockford Memorial Hospital.

Fitzgerald Funeral Home; Salem Lutheran Church.
