The Society numbers at this time about fifty members. They have a hall over 303 and 305 East State street, which is used as a theater, besides nice reading rooms. They also possess a small, but choice library, the books of which are hired out to the general public at five cents per week, and to member of the Society free. The officers are
A. W. Linden, President

Thor. Munthe, Secretary
P. G. Bowman, Cashier
——— Rundquist, Librarian
All of the above officers are elected quarterly.”
