Magistrate Ed Kotche

“Beer Drinking Youths in Car Receive Fines”

Stopped by a State Trooper, each received $50 in fines plus court costs by Magistrate Ed Kotche

Albert N. Swenson was sentenced to 3 days in county jail for driving without a license, and $15.30 court fees

The other three youths were Sammy Best, J. C. King, and Fred J. Turner
