renovations on the first of 4 buildings. designed by local architect Jesse Barloga in 1927-1928 Coronado-Haskell neighborhood
Spanish Revival includes red inlaid tile and arched entranceways 4 buildings are nearly identical, the one facing Court Street has a bell tower natural clay bricks meant to mimic California missions placement on national register means renovations must comply with federal restoration standards.

Built in the 1920’s, the 3 story Valencia Court Apartments designed by Jessie Barloga in the Spanish Revival Style. Nominated Dec 22, 2009 by Susan Benjamin and Julie McKenna of Benjamin Historic Certifications for inclusion on National Historic Register.
