Wait Talcott (wife Grace F) residence, 839 No. Main St.;  1909 – 1943 Rockford City Directories (perhaps earlier; Wait died in 1943)  Fannie C Talcott, widow of W A Talcott, was living there in 1924 and 1925 until she died in 1925.
