died 12/14/2009, in Illinois Veteran’s Home in LaSalle where he had been a resident since July. Born 12/21/1928 to William and Jessie Ann Petrie Anderson, homeland of Finhorn, Scotland. He married Donna Heinzeroth on March 27, 1987. Survived by wife, Donna, daughter Gayle (Doug) Ford, and son, Peter Anderson. Hust Funeral Home in LaSalle, Willow Creek Presbyterian Church

Graduated from Harlem High School, Class of 1946.

Veteran of the Korean War, serving in the U.S. Army in Germany.

Died May 31, 2014, at home.

Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., Willow Creek Presbyterian Church, Caledonia, Burial in Scottish Argyle Cemetery.
