Before submitting your research request, please review the following:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">Requests may be submitted through this form or postal mail using the contact information below.\u00a0 To streamline the request process, please record relevant information.<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">Please make sure your request is as specific as possible. You will be notified if your request is too general or beyond the scope of our service.\u00a0 This service is limited to resources available at Rockford Public Library.<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">Please submit a maximum of 3 (three) research request forms per week.<\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">There is a <strong>prepaid<\/strong> fee of <strong>$15.00<\/strong> per hour (or a portion thereof) for all research requests.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">You can then either\u00a0mail a check for $15 to\u00a0the:<\/span><br \/>\n<span><br \/>\nRockford Public Library<br \/>\nMain Library,<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; color: #000000;\"> 215 N.
